The Retainer Package is the most popular option. This enables you to secure my time for a set number of hours per month. I notify you when your time limit is near, so you can plan accordingly and add extra hours if required. A maximum of 10% of your unused retainer hours can be carried across to the 1st week of the following month.
The Standard Hourly Rate is for you if you require assistance on an ad-hoc basis, for a specific one-off task or when you’re unexpectedly overwhelmed. The first hour is charged in full.
The charge for the Transcription Services is per minute of audio. All methods of audio received, although digital is preferred.

We’ll have a complimentary introductory call (or meeting) to discuss your requirements.
My time is tracked using a time tracking software, so you only pay for the time you use. A time report can be included with your invoice.
Travel: if on-site work is required, mileage will be charged @ £0.45p per mile or if public transport used, the cost of the tickets will be charged.
Core business hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Out of normal business hours and weekend rates will be charged at £40.00 per hour (£1.75 per minute of audio).
All options will require a signed booking form and agreement to my Terms of Business before work commences.
Any information that I am given or sent will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party unless it is required, and written consent has been given. NDA’s can be discussed and signed on request.
Invoices to be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
